Orders can be shipped only when the destination and products are accepted by checkout. The checkout screen is the final source for service availability, delivery charges, and any free-shipping offer.

Order timing

Preparation generally takes 1–2 business days. Once a carrier receives the parcel, transit is estimated at 3–5 business days. Both ranges are estimates rather than promises; weekends, holidays, demand, weather, verification, and carrier events may extend them.

Delivery information and tracking

Shoppers must enter a complete recipient name, street and unit, city, state, postal code, email, and phone. An order may be held while incomplete details are clarified. Tracking is normally sent to the order email after the first carrier scan.

Delay, loss, delivery scans, and damage

For stalled tracking, a suspected loss, or a delivery scan that cannot be located, provide the order number and tracking record so we can review the carrier information. Keep visibly damaged goods and all packaging, and send clear photos or video. Remote-area limits, customs, unsafe conditions, and events outside reasonable control can restrict or delay delivery.
